    Ordered a chest of drawers in January and was told would take about 12 weeks and that I would be sent a tracking number once it shipped. It’s October, still haven’t received order and am unable to get in contact with Indus Valley by phone, email or their chat line. Appalling service.

    THese people are fraudulent. Via their ebay shop I ordered two bedside tables in October last year. I have repeatedly contacted them and they kept putting me off. I am still awaiting delivery and they have taken over $1600 but delivered nothing. They are frauds. I have taken the matter up with EBAY and reported them as a credit card fraud to my bank . Stay away from this dodgy business!!

    Having read all the reviews here, I am not sure why people are calling this business a scam. I have bought from Indus Valley 3 times so far, and my experience each time has been above wonderful. Only once, there were some delays with my order, which was understandable since it was for a custom lounge and it was made overseas so the shipping times were not as anticipated. I was kept informed and when my lounge did arrive, I was offered free delivery as a gesture of good will. The quality of the products is far superior than what I paid for them.
