  I was blown away by the amazing service I received when I visited this pharmacy around 7pm 25/12/22.
  
  Being one of the very few pharmacies open on a P/H and despite being busy, the 2 pharmacists on duty went above and beyond the usual to assist me.
  
  They were both professional, knowledgeable, friendly and empathetic which equals OUTSTANDING customer service in my book. Highly commendable.
  
  The robotic dispensing feature they have there is also a plus

  STRICTLY AVOID THIS PHARMACY
  I had bought 5 boxes of insulin injections (optisulin) for my father after consulting with a pharmacist in this pharmacy (looked like a student) that they r safe to take them to overseas after 2 months. But when I checked, that was not to be true. These medicines become ineffective during air travel. So when I went to return 3 out 5 boxes the staff rudely shunned me away. Even though, it was not my fault, I would lose 120$ for the inaccurate information provided by the pharmacist on that day and even though I was told it can be kept outside for 40 days, they did NOT take them back.
  Absolutely hopeless.

  Giving one star just because there needs to a star..this place deserve 0 star...staff is rude, unprofessional and highly unethical. Haven't seen any pharmacy in Sydney with this bad customer service. Purchased a nasal spray for my mum at 8.30pm. she used it in the morning and the bottle was leaky. Took it to the pharmacy and the so called 'manager' there blamed it on the elderly parents that they broke it...as if they are children and refused to exchange it. And she was so rude and spoke without any human manners let alone professionalism. Stay away from this place ...better drive another 5-10mins and find another pharmacy

  I had a fantastic experience at this pharmacy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and provided exceptional customer service. The store was well-stocked and clean, making it easy to find what I needed. I highly recommend this pharmacy for all your pharmaceutical needs.

  Not one to ever post reviews but wow… I walked in to go and get a script today and quickly turned away as soon as I seen how messy and dirty the work station is behind the desks! There are papers, baskets, and clutter everywhere. It is quite disgusting when you think about it. Pharmacy’s are supposed to be clean and organised spaces and this place looks like a ‘tip’. Will not be going back again. Management should get on top of this!
